General Science Major: Teacher Certification BS

Science is all around us and if you find yourself fascinated with how it all works, consider passing that interest along as a General Science teacher at the secondary level. Highly qualified science teachers are needed in every area of the state. Graduating from this degree program, you will be prepared to open young minds your very first day in the classroom. Throughout the program, you will develop a strong background in general biology, chemistry, physics, anatomy and physiology. In addition to studying everything from plants and animals to microbial diversity, you'll participate in exciting field experiences and internships.
