Executive MBA
Bellarmine’s Executive MBA is designed for experienced professionals who are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. With an emphasis on strategic thinking, organizational transformation, and executive coaching, the EMBA positions students to lead with confidence in complex, evolving environments. The cohort-style format and flexible hybrid delivery make it ideal for working adults looking to sharpen their impact while staying connected to their careers.
EMBA Highlights:
The program is 30 credit hours with no prerequisites, allowing a 12-month completion timeline.
Classes meet in person typically once a month on selected weekends during the semester: Friday evenings from 6:30 to 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Lunch is provided between 12 and 1 p.m.
The EMBA uses a hybrid model, blending monthly in-person sessions with asynchronous online coursework for added flexibility.
Students move through the curriculum in a small cohort, working in teams of four to five professionals with complementary backgrounds and leadership experience.
New EMBA cohorts begin each spring semester.
