Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

1. Have completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an institution of higher education recognized by the Office of the Higher Education Commission or the Office of the Civil Service Commission in a Bachelor of Pharmacy or other related fields, or have other qualifications as deemed appropriate by the Graduate Program Executive Committee, College of Pharmacy.
2. Have never been convicted by a court judgment, except in cases where the penalty is due to an offense committed through negligence or a minor offense.
3. Have never been a person with bad behavior
4. Not be insane and not have a serious contagious disease or other diseases that society despises.
