MSc Food Science with Nutrition
The MSc in Food Science with Nutrition at UCD is an intensive, one-year programme designed to develop the next generation of leaders for the global food sector. Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
This course is aimed at graduates of life sciences, science, agriculture, engineering, and related disciplines, who wish to upskill and become competent in the rapidly evolving area of food science.
Applicants must hold a minimum 2 nd class Honours degree (NFQ Level 8) in these disciplines or an international equivalent.
