Certificate III Make-Up

This dynamic course offers a vast range of exciting (and fun) practical skills that enable you to start your career in the growing industry of make-up artistry. You’ll learn fundamental professional skills for events ranging from weddings, formals, make-up counter demonstrations or photographic shoots including; airbrushed make-up, eyelash extensions and cosmetic tanning services. You will also cover useful skills in waxing hair removal and eyelash and eyebrow shaping and tinting.

CIT’s partnership with Dermatologica and the Kryolan Global School means you’ll learn using state-of-the-art resources on CIT’s campus.

While learning in this course, you will be required to work closely with, and on, your fellow students to practice, experience and refine new skills.

Industry Placement
This program is delivered in industry-current and open-to-the-public salons. Students develop skills and confidence to work on other students and clients under professional supervision.
