M.S. Operations and Supply Management
UW-Stout's Master of Science degree in Operations and Supply Management prepares students for advanced leadership roles in global business and technical environments. Operations, supply chain and logistics management are areas that need managers who can apply both existing and emerging technologies to plan, organize and implement effective systems. Master of Science Degree The objective of the program is to develop graduates who will assume leadership positions in operations and supply management to contribute to the competitiveness of firms operating in the domestic and global marketplaces.
The Operations and Supply Management program is designed to provide advanced knowledge and skills necessary to work in the operations management profession which includes producing and delivering goods and services, quality management, supply management, planning and scheduling, and inventory management.
Students will learn to efficiently manage an organization by mastering topics such as manufacturing process design, distribution, inventory management, capacity management and supply chain management.
Graduates of the Operations and Supply Management program will have the analytical and applied competencies that employers are increasingly demanding.
UW-Stout’s MS in Operations and Supply Management is accredited by the ACBSP (Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs).

PSW Opportunity
Post-Study Work visa or permit, allowing international students on F-1 visas to work in the US after completing their studies, typically through Optional Practical Training (OPT).
Eligibility:
To be eligible for OPT, students must have been enrolled full-time in a US educational institution for at least one academic year and be seeking work related to their major.
Duration:
Students can apply for up to 12 months of OPT, either before they finish their studies (pre-completion) or after graduation (post-completion).
STEM OPT:
Students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields can apply for an extended OPT period of up to 24 months.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
You must meet all of the following criteria to hold a Graduate Assistantship (GA):
- admitted to a graduate degree program (dual-level and non-degree seeking students are not eligible),
- enrolled in at least six graduate credits each term, and
- maintain a GPA of at least 3.0 each term.

Minimum iBT score of 79, or minimum paper-based score of 550.
