Bachelor of Criminal and Community Justice / Bachelor of Social Work
This dual degree combines a critical perspective on theories and practices from social work as well as criminology.
This is an applied degree pathway which links theory to practice, and contains two field education placements. There will be a strong focus on practice for students who wish to pursue a career in social work, community corrections, or other sectors of the criminal justice system, including private providers as well as the not-for-profit sector. The two professionally-supervised field placements you will undertake total to 1008 hours. Please note that students participating in placement programs must meet the government requirements, e.g. Working with Children Check, National Criminal Record check. Any students participating in placement with programs in NSW Health facilities will need to comply with its Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases policy prior to placement. This course is accredited by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and graduates are eligible for membership of the AASW.

Post Study Work Steam Renames to Post Higher Education Work Steam.
- Bachelor degree holders including honours can get upto 2 years of post study stay
- Master by course work and extended (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 2 years
- Masters by research (with a duration exceeding 2 years) and PhD holder can stay upto 3 years
- The Maximum eligible age to apply for PSW will be reduced to 35 years of age from 50 years of age for all applicants
Due to the Australian Indian Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed by the 2 countries, according to which:
- Indian students completing bachelor degree including honours can stay upto 2 years
- Bachelor degree with First class honours in STEM including ICT can stay upto 3 years
- Masters by coursework in extended researched (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 3 years
- PhD students can stay upto 4 years

Indian Higher Secondary School Certificate (State Boards)
- Successful completion of Higher Secondary Certificate with a pass of 70% in best 4 core subjects
All India School Certificate (CBSE)
- Successful completion of AISCE (CBSE) with an overall GPA of 60% in the best 4 core subjects
Indian School Certificate (ISC)
- Successful completion of ISCE with an overall GPA of 60% in the best 4 core subjects
Nepal
- Nepalese Higher Secondary Certificate with a grade of 80% (Year 11+12) (pre-2018) or Nepalese Education Board Year 12 with GPA 2.9 in best 4 academic subjects or Nepalese Proficiency Certificate (10+3) with an average grade of 75% and Nurses Registration (Nursing only)
