The Bachelor of Laws prepares students for a career as a legal professional, both within Australia and overseas. It provides students with a thorough grounding in essential areas of substantive law and access to a wide choice of law elective subjects, including the option of completing a specialisation. An integrated skills and professionalism program is embedded in the degree and focuses on core legal skills essential to the practice of law. Post Study Work Steam Renames to Post Higher Education Work Steam.
- Bachelor degree holders including honours can get upto 2 years of post study stay
- Master by course work and extended (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 2 years
- Masters by research (with a duration exceeding 2 years) and PhD holder can stay upto 3 years
- The Maximum eligible age to apply for PSW will be reduced to 35 years of age from 50 years of age for all applicants
Due to the Australian Indian Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed by the 2 countries, according to which:
- Indian students completing bachelor degree including honours can stay upto 2 years
- Bachelor degree with First class honours in STEM including ICT can stay upto 3 years

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
FOR INDIA
All Indian Secondary School Certificate (AISSC) or Indian School Certificate (ISC) - minimum 74% average in the best four subjects.
Minimum 74% average in the best four subjects for the following State Board Secondary Education exit awards:
- Intermediate Certificate from the Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education
- Pre University Certificate from the Karnataka Board of Pre-University Education
- Higher Secondary certificate form the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education
- Higher Secondary certificate from the Tamil Nadu Board of Higher Secondary Education
- Intermediate Certificate from the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education
- Bond University imposes a minimum age requirement of 17 years.
English Language Requirements :
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic Overall score 6.5 with no sub score less than 6.0
- Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic Overall score 58 with no Communicative Scores below 50
