Master of Architecture
The Master of Architecture at the Abedian School of Architecture is designed to develop the emerging architectural professional to be fearless in their design ability, as well as possess the confidence to change the world and the habitats of the future through their creative design skills, imaginative vision, strategic thinking and technical proficiency.
The Master of Architecture is delivered through a comprehensive design studio environment, current issues are debated through historical and philosophical architectural thought as well as contemporary states of urban habitation, challenges to a sustainable ecology and the ramifications of modern technology. Professional architectural concerns in law, contracts and ethics are also examined which prepare students for the commercial world of architectural practice

Post Study Work Steam Renames to Post Higher Education Work Steam.
- Bachelor degree holders including honours can get upto 2 years of post study stay
- Master by course work and extended (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 2 years
- Masters by research (with a duration exceeding 2 years) and PhD holder can stay upto 3 years
- The Maximum eligible age to apply for PSW will be reduced to 35 years of age from 50 years of age for all applicants
Due to the Australian Indian Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed by the 2 countries, according to which:
- Indian students completing bachelor degree including honours can stay upto 2 years
- Bachelor degree with First class honours in STEM including ICT can stay upto 3 years
- Masters by coursework in extended researched (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 3 years
- PhD students can stay upto 4 years
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
- Completion of a Bond University Bachelor of Architectural Studies or a Bond University Bachelor of Design in Architecture or a Bond University Graduate Diploma in Architecture or a degree of equivalent standard to an Australian bachelor degree in Architecture from another institution, having achieved an overall distinction average (GPA 3.0/4.0).
- Or, completion of a Bond University Bachelor of Architectural Studies or a Bond University Bachelor of Design in Architecture or a degree of equivalent standard to an Australian bachelor degree in Architecture from another institution, having achieved a credit average (GPA 2.0/4.0) PLUS submission of a high-quality portfolio of design work for assessment.
