Entry requirements

In undergraduate level, degree course is for 4 years with only a single intake in September. Required percentage to get into undergraduate degree is 75-80% though it varies by program.

For those keen to join the MBBS course, only 20 seats are available for the International students. To get into this program, you must have a high UCAT score with exceptional academic grades.

For the postgraduate program, requirement is 60 -70%. Those from Delhi, Mumbai and Calcutta universities, 55% may be considered in law and similar programs.

If you have completed your Year 12 English with a score of 80% or higher within the last ten years and have evidence in the form of a physical mark sheet then you will be able to use your Year 12 English result as evidence of your English language ability.

Otherwise, you may also present an acceptable standardised English test result, e.g. IELTS or TOEFL or PTE, with a general requirement of 6.0 overall in terms of IELTS (International English Language Testing System).

Some students will need to undergo a Credibility Interview (and may be subject to additional verification checks) even if they meet the English language waiver requirements.

Tuition fees & scholarships

Typically annual tuition costs range from between £20,000 - £25,000 for undergraduate programs to £23,000 - £27,000 for postgraduate.

 The MBA program also falls into a comparable fee range. A £3,000 deposit is required before a student can begin studying at the institution and should be noted that rarely (and possibly after three-four months) will an unconditional offer have a refund.

All scholarships available to Indian self-funded students are automatically included in their fees; they are £6,000 per year (£24,000 total) for any undergraduate student, and for postgraduate students that are enrolled in one-year courses, £8,000 per student.

At present the university does not offer a 50% or 100% scholarship for students; however, the student may still apply and take advantage of any available Government Funded Scholarships.

Accommodation

In addition to the numerous housing options available, which include dedicated student village, on-campus accommodations and myriad other residential choices, most universities provide housing on an "all-inclusive" basis (i.e., no separate charges for utilities). Students can apply for housing directly with the help of Global Reach counsellors.
