Applied Statistical Modelling & Health Informatics MSc

The Applied Statistical Modelling and Health Informatics course has been created to deliver a skill set and knowledge base in “multimodal” and “big data” analysis techniques, which are a recognised scarcity within UK Life sciences.

You will receive world-class training in core applied statistical methodology, machine learning and computational methodology, and you will have the opportunity to apply your skills to real-life settings facilitated by the world-leading Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience.

PSW Opportunity

  • 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
  • 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

We welcome applications to our Masters courses from students who have taken a three year Bachelor (Honours) or Bachelor (Special) degree from a recognised university. You will need to have achieved good grades, usually in a subject related to what you would like to study. Exact grade requirements for each course will vary. However, as an approximate guideline our requirements are in the region of:

King's International Pre-Master's programme- Pass with B+ minimum

IELTS (Academic)- 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in each skill

Pearson Test of English (Academic)- 62 overall with a minimum of 59 in each communicative skill

TOEFL iBT Institution code: 0394 OR TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition- 92 overall with a minimum of 23 in writing and 20 in each of the other skills
