Diploma of Leadership and Management

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

Sydney City

With over 6m people, near-perfect weather, and its famed Opera House, Sydney is one of the world’s favourite cities! ihBC Sydney is located in heart of the Central Business District CBD, a 5 minute walk from the Queen Victoria Building and 10 minutes from both Town Hall and Wynyard train station. There are bus stops directly in front of the campus.

Adelaide

A cosmopolitan location, Adelaide has everything a capital city has to offer and is friendly, compact, affordable, and easily accessible. Surrounded by broad, tree-lined boulevards, and built along a meandering river with parklands, Adelaide is renowned for its European feel, Mediterranean climate, and thriving arts and culture scene.

Gold Coast

Our Campus is modern and bright, with some classrooms offering ocean views. All students have access to a large indoor common room with amenities and an outdoor area where they can also enjoy views of the ocean, beaches while eating lunch or on afternoon and evening breaks.

Melbourne

ihBC Melbourne is located in the heart of the Melbourne Central Business District, on level 6 of a beautifully renovated building. Public transport stops directly in front of the building. Cafes, restaurants and shops surround the building and area. With a population of over 5 million, and architecture and style often compared to Europe, students will enjoy the casual, classy and affordable lifestyle offered in Melbourne.

Darwin

ihBC Darwin campus is located in the Darwin CBD, close to public transportation, restaurants, cafes and a wide range of shops and stores in the Darwin pedestrian mall. Public transport stops directly in front of the campus.

PSW Opportunity

Post Study Work Steam Renames to Post Higher Education Work Steam.

Bachelor degree holders including honours can get upto 2 years of post study stay
Master by course work and extended (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 2 years
Masters by research (with a duration exceeding 2 years) and PhD holder can stay upto 3 years
The Maximum eligible age to apply for PSW will be reduced to 35 years of age from 50 years of age for all applicants

Due to the Australian Indian Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed by the 2 countries, according to which:

Indian students completing bachelor degree including honours can stay upto 2 years
Bachelor degree with First class honours in STEM including ICT can stay upto 3 years
Masters by coursework in extended researched (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 3 years
PhD students can stay upto 4 years

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Be a minimum of 18 yrs. of age
Minimum of ROSA (Record of School Achievement) or equivalent LLN
International students must have an IELTS or equivalent score of 6.0 and with no less than 5.5
Access to a laptop or tablet for home and classroom use

Note: LLN equivalent for international students is a 10-week ELICOS course.
