Foundation Year - University Academy U92 (Navitas)

The foundation year is Stage 1 of the undergraduate study route. The transition from high school to university is a big step, perhaps the most important in your life. Staff at UA92 Global understand this, and will provide you with guidance, support, knowledge and skills you need to progress into year one.

Our staff are experienced at supporting international students in this big transition from school at home, to university in a new country. It’s a big step and we have the supportive network of experts to help.

The foundation year is perfect for students who:

don’t meet the entry requirements to enter university level directly (but hold GCSE level qualifications)
feel that additional support at the start of university studies will help them succeed
have been away from studies for a period of time
come from a different academic environment to that of the UK
require additional English language training
On successful completion of the foundation you will seamlessly progress to Integrated Year One, which is the first year of a bachelor’s degree. There is no need to reapply for year one or for another visa – as long as you meet the required pass mark, you will progress onto the next stage of your studies.
