Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC)
This program strives to create a Christ-centered community where students can excel as professional clinicians. Core values are infused throughout the program (SHAPE): Spiritual integration (S), Healing presence (H), Advocacy and diversity (A), Professional identity (P), Educational excellence (E). As a MAC student, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from and bond with your peers in our small, community-oriented program while you gain the in-depth knowledge and firsthand experience you need to excel as a licensed counselor.
The MAC program is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) in clinical mental health counseling. CACREP Accreditation provides recognition that the content and quality of the program has been evaluated and meets standards set by the profession. The student, as a consumer, can be assured that appropriate knowledge and skill areas are included and that the program is stable, professionally and financially, preparing the student for state licensure, employment in the field, or further education in a doctoral program.

PSW Opportunity
Post-Study Work visa or permit, allowing international students on F-1 visas to work in the US after completing their studies, typically through Optional Practical Training (OPT).
Eligibility:
To be eligible for OPT, students must have been enrolled full-time in a US educational institution for at least one academic year and be seeking work related to their major.
Duration:
Students can apply for up to 12 months of OPT, either before they finish their studies (pre-completion) or after graduation (post-completion).
STEM OPT:
Students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields can apply for an extended OPT period of up to 24 months.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Additional Requirements: International students may need to provide a copy of their valid passport, official transcripts (possibly evaluated), a personal essay, and potentially TOEFL or IELTS scores.
Financial Support: They will also need to provide a financial support statement, such as a bank statement and sponsor letter.
Age: Applicants must be 18 years old at the time of the course's beginning.
On the TOEFL exam the minimum score requirement is a 550 on the paper-based test (PBT) or a 90 on the internet based test (iBT).
