This programme is ideal for those who wish to pursue a University of London (UOL) degree programmes, but do not meet the UOL standard admission requirement, under the Economics, Management, Finance and Social Sciences (EMFSS) offered by LSE. It provides a good opportunity at getting a degree without losing additional time.
The Certificate of Higher Education is a taught programme and students are required to attend a course of instruction at SIM.

PSW Opportunity
- The International Students studying in certain institutions in Singapore are allowed to work part time for 16 hours per week as mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore.
- Students who have studied in the institutions mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore are allowed to apply for a Long Term Visitor Pass.
- They are allowed to look for a job during this time period.This is for 12 months.If the students get a job during this time period, the employer may sponsor for an Employment pass.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 years old by 31 December in the year of registration with University of London
- Must have completed the following GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level:
- 1 ‘A’ level and 4 ‘O’ level passes; OR
- International Baccalaureate Certificate with minimum 20 points or better, OR
- Its equivalent
