Select a variety of in-person and online courses when you enroll in this 4-year degree program. You can also add on one or more certificates in Business, Communication or Public Policy and Administration to gain a competitive edge.

What is Economics?

As an economist, you will possess an in-depth knowledge of economics to help you understand the implications of business and economic trends and the economic issues of our time, from local to global levels. The skills you acquire throughout the program will empower you with the tools to tackle various interests, from learning how to invest intelligently, to changes in tax systems or health insurance, even to current market trends in the location of your own home.

If your program was less than 8 months

You aren’t eligible for a PGWP.

If your program was more than 8 months but less than 2 years

We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for up to the same length as your study program.

For example, if you completed a 9-month program, we may give you a work permit for up to 9 months.

If your program was 2 years or more

We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for 3 years.

If you completed more than 1 program

You may be able to get a PGWP that combines the length of each program.

Each of the programs you completed -

must be PGWP-eligible and at least 8 months in length

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

FOR INDIA

Indian Curriculum
Admission consideration begins with and includes:

Verified 10th standard board results accompanied by anticipated Class 12 grades listed by subject from the school with a minimum of 80%.
Completion of Class 12 Board Exam Certificates with strong First Division standing is required in May/June.
All information required by your school board to verify your Class 10 and 12 certificates.

FOR SRI LANKA

Sri Lankan Certificate of Education including Ordinary Levels and at least 3 Advanced Level subjects with a minimum B average. (See also British Patterned Education (GCE).

FOR BANGLADESH

Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with first division pass (60-100). See also IB and GCE.
