Your studies will involve courses on dental and health science and clinical placement. A large portion of your studies will also include clinical placement, where you will work as part of a dental team, guided by a clinic mentor. Sharpen your skills in oral health and extend your knowledge into areas of restorative dentistry and oral-health related issues.
The program provides dental and oral health therapists with an expanded career pathway providing treatments and interventions aimed at addressing common dental issues in adults.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, an applicant must have achieved at least one of the following combinations of minimum entry requirements and demonstrate they fulfil any essential criteria for admission:
- A completed Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent) from a recognised higher education institution; OR
- A completed Diploma in Dental Therapy (or equivalent); OR
- A completed Certificate in Dental Therapy (or equivalent).
Qualifications must lead to registration as a dental therapist or oral health therapist and must include dental therapy restorative skills as part of the curriculum.
