LLM in International Law
The LLM in International Law is an intensive one-year course that leads to an advanced legal degree in international law. Stetson Law's program accommodates the specialization needs of both experienced practicing attorneys and recent law school graduates from the U.S. and abroad. The curriculum is designed to prepare graduates to enter the global marketplace thoroughly prepared for positions in business, government, teaching and international law practice or related professions.
The LLM in International Law – General Studies is designed for foreign LLM students who plan to apply for admission to the New York State Bar. This LLM track, focusing on U.S. law and legal methods, is designed to provide foreign LLM students with basic competence and ability to practice ethically in the legal profession

Student Employment Program
PSW Opportunity
Post-Study Work visa or permit, allowing international students on F-1 visas to work in the US after completing their studies, typically through Optional Practical Training (OPT).
Eligibility:
To be eligible for OPT, students must have been enrolled full-time in a US educational institution for at least one academic year and be seeking work related to their major.
Duration:
Students can apply for up to 12 months of OPT, either before they finish their studies (pre-completion) or after graduation (post-completion).
STEM OPT:
Students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields can apply for an extended OPT period of up to 24 months.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
All applicants for admission whose native language is not English are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and submit a score of 90 or better on the Internet-based test or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and submit a score of 7.0.
