The Architecture & Real Estate Management degree program offers you a unique combination of expertise: Through a basic education in business and economics, coupled with the acquisition of specialized skills in architecture and real estate management, you will be prepared for a future career at the interface between office and construction. On the one hand, you will learn fundamental architecture-relevant skills such as building construction and renovation, building physics, and building materials science. On the other hand, modules such as construction project controlling, construction and real estate law, and building energy management will qualify you for the operational and infrastructure management of buildings and properties.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
The University of Applied Sciences for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (FHM) is a state-recognized, private university of applied sciences. Students must therefore meet at least the same formal entry requirements as those required for a comparable degree program at a public university. The formal prerequisite for admission to the bachelor's program at the FHM is a university entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification. Professionals with relevant professional qualifications are also eligible to study. Possible access routes to the program*:
