Accounting and Finance MSc

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfil the following criteria to qualify for the BSc Accounting and Finance at the University of Liverpool, Bengaluru.
Eligibility criteria
- Indian boards: Applicants must have completed Class XII (CBSE/ISC/state boards/Cambridge A Level) with a minimum 75% average across four core subjects, with at least 60% in Mathematics at Class X
- International Baccalaureate (IB): Applicants must have a minimum of 32 points overall, with no score below 4. For English, grade 5 SL/HL is required for English A, or 6 HL / 5 SL for English B. For Mathematics AA/AI, grade 4 SL or HL is required. Mathematical Studies is not accepted. Alternatively, applicants may pass the IB with scores of 6, 5, 5 in three HL subjects
- A-levels (UK/Cambridge A Level): Applicants must have a minimum of ABB (excluding General Studies, Citizenship, and Critical Thinking), along with at least a GCSE Mathematics grade C/4 or higher and a GCSE English grade C/4 or equivalent
English language
Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English. This can be met through one of the following:
- Standard XII English: Minimum 70% from CBSE, CISCE, Cambridge A Level or state boardsInternational Baccalaureate (IB): Minimum Grade 5 in English A (SL/HL) or minimum Grade 7 (SL) and Grade 6 (HL) in English B
- Cambridge IGCSE: Minimum Grade C/4 in English (First Language) or minimum Grade B/6 in English (Second Language).
In some cases, and depending on the overall university requirement, applicants may be asked to provide a recognised English language test such as IELTS or TOEFL in addition to school-level qualifications.
Predicted grades (provisional criteria)
Students who have not yet received their final Class XII results may still apply. In such cases, Class XI or Pre-Board scores can be considered for a conditional offer.
