Additionally, in French, German and Italian for our Swiss campus; and Spanish, French and Portuguese for our Spanish campus. Otherwise, an official notarized translation in English will be required. Additional credentials (SAT/ACT scores, AP and International Baccalaureate courses and programs) are highly encouraged, but not required.

Admission assessment
By written exercise and interview. Prospective students should acquaint themselves with some aspect of the hospitality business – through internships, shadow opportunities, industry-related employment or informational interviews – before applying.
