BSc (Hons) Digital Media and Communications (Foundation Year)
If you have the potential to study at degree level, but you don’t meet the entry requirements, a foundation year can bridge the gap – laying the groundwork for entry into Year 1.
The units you’ll study are designed to build your confidence and bring you up to speed for the rest of your chosen degree. So, as well as the Academic Practice units, which help develop your study skills for learning at degree-level, you’ll also study a selection of humanities units.
Once you have successfully passed your foundation year you will progress directly onto Year 1 of your linked honours degree. This programme leads to the award of BSc (Hons) Digital Media and Communications.

PSW Opportunity
- 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
- 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE POINTS
- IB Diploma with minimum 24 points overall or 72 UCAS Tariff points from three Higher Level subjects. If you plan to meet the Level 2 course requirements through your IB Diploma you will need to achieve Higher Level 4 or Standard Level 5 in English and Higher Level 4 or Standard Level 4 in Mathematics
IELTS SCORE REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
- 5.5 overall with no individual element below 5.5
