Physics with Astrophysics, BSc (Hons)

These courses combine elements of our Physics and Astrophysics degrees and are popular routes if you want to keep options open for further study. UCLan’s Physics with Astrophysics degree courses provide a comprehensive education in the subject, from quantum physics to the formation of the Universe. You will improve your mathematical skills, backed up by practical laboratory experience, and gain an in-depth knowledge of the laws of physics, and the stars and galaxies that make up the universe. You will become highly proficient at problem solving and solving challenges by thinking creatively. These, along with the practical skills gained through planning experiments, processing, analysing, and interpreting data, are skills which are useful for any career.

62% overall score from all recognised boards.

FOR BANGLADESH

Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) 70% overall score
Where a specific subject is required for entry to the degree programme, 60% must be achieved in this subject Or
Successful completion of Year 1 Bachelor Degree from a recognised university with an average grade of 55% or above.
Excellence Scholarship -
85% or above in HEC.

FOR SRI LANKA

Sri Lanka General Certificate of Education (Advanced) 60% overall score.
Where a specific subject is required for entry to the degree programme, 60% must be achieved in this subject.
