Mathematics with Economics MMath
If you want to learn how to apply mathematics to solve real-world economic issues, this course is for you. You’ll learn from experts shaping global policy – our staff are world-renowned leaders in development economics, international trade and environment and energy.
You explore the relationship between mathematical modelling and economics. You study topics including:
- probability models
- financial mathematics and econometrics
- economic policy on a macro and micro level.
During your integrated Masters year, you develop skills in both subjects and apply them to an advanced research project. You’ll also learn industry-standard software including MATLAB and SAS.
