We’ve lots of opportunities for work-based learning, from summer placements to sandwich years. These fit flexibly around your on-campus studies and enhance what you learn in the classroom.

Our placements and internships team will support you on your journey. They:

• Have an extensive network of employer partners across a wide range of industries
• Can help you search for a placement or internship
• Hold activity and insight days to provide students with a snapshot of potential careers
• Work with you to identify your strengths so you can find the opportunity that’s right for you.

• 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
• 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.

Academic entry requirements
For standard entry to our Bachelor's programmes, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

• Completion of Standard XII with a minimum grade of 65%, obtained within the last two years.

For those seeking advanced entry into Year 2 or Year 3, the following requirements apply:

• Completion of Year 1 of a relevant degree programme with a minimum grade of 60%.

Additionally, for certain courses, it may be necessary to have studied specific subjects during your school or college education to be eligible for admission. Our admissions team will assess your application to determine the relevance of your academic background once you apply.

For some courses, you will need to have studied relevant subjects at school/college to be eligible. Our admissions team will determine this once you apply.

English language entry requirements

Pre-sessional English programmes are only available to students that have completed a UKVI IELTS. Please visit our Pre-sessional English course page for more information.

To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet one of the following English language proficiency requirements:

IELTS: Overall band score of 6.0 with no individual band score below 5.5.

Standard XII Waiver: Achieve a minimum of 70% in English from Standard XII. (Note: This waiver is not applicable to applicants from Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, or Uttarakhand.)

For certain programs such as Psychology, Law, and Architecture, a higher English language proficiency is required:

IELTS: Overall band score of 6.5 with no individual band score below 6.0.
