B.SC (HONS) BUSINESS MANAGEMENT WITH ECONOMICS

A degree that gets to the heart of the most significant business and economic challenges faced by governments and international organisations across the globe. Our BSc Business and Management with Economics undergraduate course equips you with highly employable skills and prepares you for a career in a variety of industries covering key aspects of business and economics. You will:

  • Gain real, hands-on experience on a work placement to enhance your CV
  • Study real examples and examine the implications of the theories explored in economics
  • Develop the business experience required for general management positions
  • Build the skills that employers look for such as project planning, team working and self-presentation
  • Study on a programme that got 92% overall student satisfaction (University of Salford analysis of unpublished NSS 2020 data)
  • Take part in an additional work placement to put your skills and knowledge into practice and enhance your CV. You will not pay university fees during this year and will earn a salary for the work you do.

PSW Opportunity

  • 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
  • 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

GCSE

Maths and English at grade C or grade 4 or above.

You must fulfil our GCSE entry requirements as well as one of the requirements listed below.

Undergraduate

The following grades are normally required (exam board in brackets): 50% (West Bengal), 55% (ISC, awarded by CISCE), 60% (CBSE), 65% (all other state boards) for undergraduate study.
