An effective construction manager understands how to successfully organise and plan complex construction projects, diagnose corporate problems, and manage project teams, procurement, finance and risk. Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate degree
Applicants of this course must have a minimum of a second class honours degree.
Postgraduate
Holders of a three or four year bachelor's degree with an overall average of 55% from a recognised institution, or 50% plus any relevant work experience, or additional, relevant qualifications will be considered for postgraduate study.
