MSc Real Estate Management & Investment
The MSc Real Estate Management & Investment degree is a carefully considered programme which meets current industry demands and develops graduates who have the knowledge and skills required to enter the property industry as valuers, agents, property consultants, managers, and developers.
Working with industry practitioners, the MSc Real Estate Management & Investment course will allow you to gain knowledge of the wide range of principles that underpin property investment assets such as: Building Economics, Property Law, Real Estate Valuation, Property Asset Management, Property Investment Analysis, and the principles of Sustainable Urban Property Development and the skills to apply these effectively. Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
You will be eligible to apply if you have gained one of the following:
A bachelor general / pass (3 year) degree with 60% or above
A bachelor special / honours degree (3 year) with 55% or above
A bachelor degree (4 year) in a professional subject with 55% or above
For MBA (1 year) the requirements are:

Postgraduate
You should have 70% or higher in English in the Indian HSC Intermediate (10+2) (XII Standard) exam and have completed an undergraduate degree taught and examined in English within the past 2 years. If you graduated more than 2 years ago, we will consider your application on a case-by-case basis. Requirements may vary dependent on State.
