MSc Human Resource Management

Effective development and implementation of human resource management (HRM) strategy is seen as increasingly important in achieving business success and positively influencing the performance and wellbeing of employees.

Our MSc HRM programme will enable you to make a significant contribution to people management practice and develop a deep understanding of the changing role of HRM in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures. 

You will learn the specialist skills and expertise you need to be effective and influential in an HR role at both strategic and operational levels and acquire an in-depth understanding of key HRM policy areas such as recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations and performance management.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

You will be eligible to apply if you have gained one of the following:

A bachelor general / pass (3 year) degree with 60% or above
A bachelor special / honours degree (3 year) with 55% or above
A bachelor degree (4 year) in a professional subject with 55% or above
For MBA (1 year) the requirements are:

A bachelor general / pass (3 year) degree with 60% or above
A bachelor special / honours degree (3 year) with 55% or above
A bachelor degree (4 year) in a professional subject with 55% or above
For MBA (Leadership Practice) (2 years) the requirements are:

A bachelor special/honours degree (3 year) with 60% or above
A bachelor degree (4 year) in a professional subject with 55% or above

Postgraduate
You should have 70% or higher in English in the Indian HSC Intermediate (10+2) (XII Standard) exam and have completed an undergraduate degree taught and examined in English within the past 2 years. If you graduated more than 2 years ago, we will consider your application on a case-by-case basis. Requirements may vary dependent on State.
