MA in Integrated Communication
The 100% online MA in Integrated Communication program is focused on helping you become a skilled communicator and leader across all organization levels and media platforms. You build a strong portfolio as you learn to produce fully integrated campaigns that achieve your company’s/client’s objectives and goals.
You develop critical thinking skills and creative solutions as you master the fundamentals of integrated communication and create a vision for applying them in an ever-changing media, technological, and demographic landscape.
Our integrated communication program, and UHart, are committed to getting you career ready, and helping you achieve your career goals. You produce campaigns for real clients in our student-run agency Crested Communications and gain real-world experience in a “classroom” setting. You also work with our School of Communication internship program director to gain experience in the field, and/or with the University’s Career Studio to explore career paths, produce a compelling career portfolio, and develop networking and interview skills.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
International applicants are also required to submit the below materials:
- Transcript evaluation: International transcripts must be evaluated with grades by a NACES member credential evaluation service. If the transcript is written in English, a course-by-course evaluation is still required, as grading systems vary from country to country. Visit NACES for a complete list of members.
- Students who are non-native speakers of the English language are required to submit scores from one of the following English-proficiency tests.
- TOEFL: minimum of 80 (Internet-based test – iBT), and 550 (Paper-based test – PBT Total).
- PTE: minimum score of 58
- IELTS: Minimum score of 6.5 overall
- Duolingo: minimum score of 110 combined
- You can qualify for the English Proficiency Waiver if you fit one of the following two categories:
- You are an international applicant whose native language is English.
- You are an International applicant holding a bachelor’s or master's degree from a country where the native language is English.
- If you believe that you meet one of these criteria
- Admitted students will be required to submit a passport and financial documents that indicate financial capability and responsibility for at least the first year of enrollment (tuition, fees, and living expenses). If you are not personally funding your tuition, your sponsor must submit a sponsor certification and submit official financial documentation.
