Terms and Conditions for the GREMP App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GREMP App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Purpose of the App

The GREMP App is designed for employees to mark their attendance and perform work-related tasks as assigned by Global Reach’s concerned persons. It utilizes facial recognition and location tracking to ensure accurate attendance records and accountability.

3. User Registration

To use the GREMP App, users must ask the HR or IT Team to register them and provide their login details. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process that the HR or IT Team asks for.

4. Attendance Marking

  • Facial Recognition: The GREMP App uses facial recognition technology to verify a user’s identity when marking attendance. Users consent to the collection and processing of their facial images for this purpose.
  • Location Tracking: The app collects real-time location data to validate attendance. Users must enable location services for the app to function correctly.

5. Sensitive Information

  • The facial images and location data collected by the GREMP App are considered sensitive information. We are committed to safeguarding this data and using it solely for attendance verification.
  • Users have the right to withdraw consent for the use of their facial images at any time. However, this may impact their ability to mark attendance using the app.

6. Data Privacy and Security

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect the information collected by the GREMP App from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
  • We will not share users’ sensitive information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or as necessary for the operation of the app.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
  • Users agree to notify the company immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

8. Data Deletion Rules

  • Automatic Deletion: Upon termination of employment, including voluntary resignations or layoffs, and after the completion of the full and final settlement process, all personal data associated with the user’s account will be automatically deleted from the GREMP App within 60 days.
  • Retention of Data: Attendance records, including facial images and location data, will be retained only for the duration of employment and will be deleted automatically as described above.
  • Data Anonymization: Where possible, data that must be retained for compliance or reporting purposes will be anonymized to remove personally identifiable information.
  • Compliance with Laws: We will comply with all applicable laws regarding data retention and deletion, ensuring that any required records are maintained for the mandated period.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on the app. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the GREMP App at its discretion, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, the company, or the app.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the GREMP App.
