Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
The program equips individuals with critical thinking skills that are scripturally based and methods that are culturally relevant and clinically sound. For some, the major will provide foundational studies in preparation for graduate school in the helping professions. Graduates who seek advanced education typically choose advanced studies in psychology, counseling, or social work. Others will apply this degree to work within mental health settings immediately after graduation and/or utilize the relational skills gained in this program in a wide range of careers, including business, human services, and ministry.
Leaders in the psychology department value the development of a Christian worldview in all graduates, academic excellence in teaching and learning, and continuous transformation toward wholeness in both the professors and the students.

PSW Opportunity
Post-Study Work visa or permit, allowing international students on F-1 visas to work in the US after completing their studies, typically through Optional Practical Training (OPT).
Eligibility:
To be eligible for OPT, students must have been enrolled full-time in a US educational institution for at least one academic year and be seeking work related to their major.
Duration:
Students can apply for up to 12 months of OPT, either before they finish their studies (pre-completion) or after graduation (post-completion).
STEM OPT:
Students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields can apply for an extended OPT period of up to 24 months.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Additional Requirements: International students may need to provide a copy of their valid passport, official transcripts (possibly evaluated), a personal essay, and potentially TOEFL or IELTS scores.
Financial Support: They will also need to provide a financial support statement, such as a bank statement and sponsor letter.
Age: Applicants must be 18 years old at the time of the course's beginning.
On the TOEFL exam the minimum score requirement is a 550 on the paper-based test (PBT) or a 90 on the internet based test (iBT).
