• Is a professional optometrist who has expertise in specific fields of clinical optometry, including: a. Pediatric optometrist, binocular vision and visual stimulation b. Geriatric optometrist c. Optometrist providing services to patients with impaired vision, blurred vision and rehabilitation d. Optometrist providing services on contact lenses and lenses used for treating diseases e. Optometrist in anterior segment eye diseases f. Public health optometrist and primary eye disease care, working in health service facilities at primary, secondary and tertiary levels.
• Able to work independently in optometry
• Be an optometry scholar, researcher or professor in an optometry education institution in both the public and private sectors.

1. Graduated with at least a bachelor's degree from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation or the Civil Service Commission, and has other qualifications according to the criteria of the program.
2. Has an optometry license and has passed the renewal as specified in their home country.
3. Has a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.50 at the bachelor's level. If lower, must pass the entrance examination for a master's degree, both in theory and practice, according to the criteria of Rangsit University.
4. Has at least 1 year of experience working as an optometrist.
5. Is in good health and has no disease that would be an obstacle to education and professional practice.
6. Has never been a person who has misconduct.
