This accredited International Marketing Management degree is designed to develop your knowledge and understanding of domestic and international marketing theory and current business management practices. On successful completion you will be able to make an immediate and effective contribution to the operations of an international or national company within the field of marketing.
You will develop an understanding of the complex nature of international marketing, compared to the domestic market, in areas such as culture, social structures, politics, economy, technology and legal systems. You will study and analyse consumer attitudes to products and business and look at the behaviour of the customer in a rapidly changing world. Digital aspects of marketing are emphasised throughout the course and you will develop a solid understanding of the knowledge and skills within the area.

Job Opportunity Potential

PLACEMENTS

Optional, paid, 3-month (summer) or 12-month placements can be undertaken in this course. You will be supported by a dedicated Placements Coordinator within the school who oversees the placement module. You will also be assigned a Placement Supervisor who will carry out regular visits to your placement provider and meet with you and your employer. The confidence and experience you could acquire during a placement will make you more employable and put you one step ahead of the competition when you graduate.

PSW Opportunity

  • 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
  • 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Bachelors Degree with a Second Class degree* or an overall average of 55%+ from a recognised institution will be considered for courses which require a 2.2 degree
Universities of Mumbai, Delhi and Calcutta, minimum overall average of 50%
CBCS (Choice Based Credit System) - 10 Point Scale GPA 6.0 or B or 'above average'
Other Point Scale Grading Systems - 4 Point Scale GPA 2.67 or B or 55%, 7 Point Scale GPA 5 or B or 55%
A small number of University postgraduate programmes do require a minimum of second class upper classification, or an equivalent - refer to the relevant course page for more information
