This integrated qualification gives you the opportunity to explore automotive engineering to masters level. Our accredited course develops your technical understanding, management and leadership skills to help you become a skilled professional.
You’ll learn with a team who have an international reputation for research and take part in projects arising from and contributing to this research. Moulsecoomb campus
Two miles north of Brighton city centre and the seafront, Moulsecoomb is the largest of our four campuses with more than 8,000 students. Moulsecoomb Place is home to more than 160 students, while others live in nearby Varley Park. There are a number of areas of Brighton that are popular with students, just a short walk, cycle or bus ride away. These include Moulsecoomb, Bevendean, Hollingbury, Elm Grove, Hanover and other suburbs that stretch up the hills on either side of the Lewes Road.

PSW Opportunity
- 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
- 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
A-levels or BTEC
Entry requirements are in the range of A-level BBB–BCC (120–104 UCAS Tariff points), or BTEC Extended Diploma DDM–DMM. Our conditional offers typically fall within this range.
A-levels must include maths and a physical science. BTEC must include merit in further maths for engineering techs.
International Baccalaureate
26 points, with three subjects at Higher level. Higher level subjects must include maths and physics at grade 5.
GCSE (minimum grade C or grade 4)
Must include English language, maths and a physical science.
Studied before or got relevant experience?
A qualification, HE credits or relevant experience may count towards your course at Brighton, and could mean that you do not have to take some elements of the course or can start in year 2 or 3.
English language requirements
