PSW Opportunity
- The International Students studying in certain institutions in Singapore are allowed to work part time for 16 hours per week as mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore.
- Students who have studied in the institutions mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore are allowed to apply for a Long Term Visitor Pass.
- They are allowed to look for a job during this time period.This is for 12 months.If the students get a job during this time period, the employer may sponsor for an Employment pass.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirement:
2 GCE A-Level passes in Mathematics and English, IB Diploma, or other equivalent pre-university certifications; OR
Completion of GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Electrical and Electronic Engineering); OR
Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering; OR
Other PEI qualification (e.g. BCA Diploma that is equivalent to GSTM’s Specialist Diploma); OR
Matured student: At least 30 years old with at least 8 years relevant working experiences will be considered.
English Requirement:
*A pass in English at GCE ‘O’ Level, or IELTS 5.5 and or equivalent; Or
Completed a prior Diploma or equivalent where the medium of instruction is English
