LAW AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP BA (Hons)
How are Laws created? How can we reform them? How can you start your own business? Gain a thorough understanding of the English lLegal system and its applications, while building your skills to reflect the rapidly changing global business environment.
You’ll cover key concepts such as theoretical business, enterprise concepts, constitutional law, and human rights, as well as benefiting from input from industry on live projects and briefs to apply the skills you learn to solve real business issues.
Build your skills
You can choose to put your skills into practice before you graduate with an optional Entrepreneurship placement year between year two and three of your degree. We can help you to find a placement and provide support throughout your year away. If that's not for you, you can choose to complete internships during the summer breaks instead, so you’ll graduate with experience on your CV.

PSW Opportunity
- 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
- 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
FOR INDIA
- Students with a minimum average of 65% in the Standard XII/Intermediate/Higher Secondary Examination can typically be considered for direct entrance to Bachelor degree programmes
- Students with a minimum score of 60% in the Certificate of General Nursing and Midwifery from State Nursing Boards or Councils can be considered for entrance to the second year of a related degree programme.
English
- Academic or UKVI IELTS no older than 2 years and must meet the requirement of the course of study.
- Cambridge IGCSE English with Grade C
- Completion of UK degree in the UK within the past two years.
For most of our programmes at bachelors degree level and above, you will normally need an IELTS score of between 6.0 and 7.0 with a pre-requisite minimum score in all areas. (speaking, reading, writing and listening). We will accept one of the alternative equivalent qualifications below:

TOEFL iBT Overall score of 79 - 100 (with specific minimum score requirements for each component)
LanguageCert International ESOL SELT B2 – C1
Michigan English Assessment Battery (MELAB)
Michigan Test: Examination for the Certificate of Proficiency in English (ECPE)
Cambridge English Scale: B2 – C1
International GCE O Level English Language: Grade C
International GCSE English or English as a Second Language: Grade C
